Tight fit boot

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked I always wanted a pair of Carhartt boots. I like the style of them but I have a wide foot. When I first got them I wore them and noticed that the toe area was somewhat tight. My toes did not have too much or any wiggle room. I decided to go to a shoemaker and have them stretched a bit. It helped a little, they are bearable now. I will wear these boots on and off, hopefully I will break them in myself a little more. But the first time I wore them my feet where in pain. I was surprised how tight these boots are, because of them being " Carhartts " and all. All my Carhartt clothes fit a little oversized. I doubt I will buy another pair of Carhartts in the future. Wears this shoe: Work, bad weather.
