This boot is comfortable and durable. I work in foodservice where I get dirty and wet, these boots hold up well for wet environments on your feet.

Tight fit boot

I always wanted a pair of Carhartt boots. I like the style of them but I have a wide foot. When I first got them I wore them and noticed that the toe area was somewhat tight. My toes did not have too much or any wiggle room. I decided to go to a shoemaker and have them stretched a bit. It helped a little, they are bearable now. I will wear these boots on and off, hopefully I will break them in myself a little more. But the first time I wore them my feet where in pain. I was surprised how tight these boots are, because of them being " Carhartts " and all. All my Carhartt clothes fit a little oversized. I doubt I will buy another pair of Carhartts in the future.

These wide width boots are comfortable and durable. Solid heel will not distort. The laces are a little short but that's easily fixed.

I have a high arch and find it difficult to find good-fitting shoes in a wide width. These boots felt great right out of the box and look good.
Wears this shoe: When working around the yard, hiking, and in foul weather.
