This is excellent way to exercise in a small space or when you are traveling. I like the lightweight and the easy assembly. I use it while watching TV in the evening, getting in my 10 miles every day easily. Great cardio exerciser.

I like the Mini Exercise Bike because, it is affordable, exercise total body, space saver, and is easy to assemble. This is a great bike to have. It is a simple way to strengthen the upper and lower body, and to lose weight.
