The year 1936 marks the debut of the first Magli factory. Early in their childhood, three siblings, Marino, Bruno and Maria entered the workshop of a shoemaker, learning the art of making shoes. With a capital of 35 lire and a small shop in the basement of their home, they began the activity that soon turned in the Calzaturifico Magli. Around the 1950's the shoe factory broadened its range of products and added the men's line with their famous moccasins and opened the first Magli boutique. Next come the Sixties and the Magli creations became a "must". Today, although the company no longer belongs to the Magli family, the quality ideal of handmade products still exists to reconfirm the style and elegance of the brand.
