Brooks Glycerin style shoes are the best fit for me and my flat feet. I went from wearing Nike's to Brooks because I had feet trouble and now I won't go back. Best shoe for me!

I bought these shoes on the advice of a friend at the gym. I'd been looking for a good pair of shoes to run in. They have such good support, that my knees and hip never hurt after running. They also make jumping easier on my legs at the gym.

This shoe fits like a dream and is perfect for working out at the gym, walking, and running. It's very light but also gives great support. I bought this one because the newer versions of the Ghost were too expensive, and I was not disappointed. Love this shoe!
