I ordered these for my highschool daughter, she indicated they do feel at least a 1/2 size too small and are narrower than expected. But she has noticed they have stretched some to alleviated the narrowness. Aside from all that they are very comfortable and look great!!

I use these spikes for sprints, highjump and hurdles in track and I love them. They are so light, fit my foot perfectly and you really feel a nice improvement while running. I definitely recommend these spikes.
