Bought this shoe for my 13y/o son. He wears it for everyday use, but really likes it for running track. Have always been happy with Brooks.

I ordered a size 12 and walked around the house in them and my toes were in contact with the end of the shoe so I returned them. For many years a size 12 shoes fit my foot perfectly, but this is the second pair I've purchased recently (from different manufacturers) that are a half size too small. Are the overseas manufacturers making a slightly smaller shoe to save money?

these shoes feel a bit snugger than my previous shoes that were brooks. I hope the cushioning maybe compresses some and they will fit a bit better. my big toe feels to hit the end

I have a very narrow (A width) foot and it is difficult to find athletic shoes that fit. I have been pleased with New Balance and now with Brooks. My last three pair have been Brooks. These shoes are light weight yet supportive. They felt good the first time I wore them. The mesh uppers breath well - never a hot foot problem. Previous pairs have worn a long time before having to be replaced.
Wears this shoe: Daily walking of 2-3 miles.
