These are great lightweight running shoes with good cushion. They cushioning seems to last longer than Nikes I've owned. The new Ghost seems to be larger in the toe area (but not the rest of the shoe, than the Ghost 3 (which I owned before I got these).

I bought this because I am trying this new fad called jogging. I believe it's jogging or yogging. It might be a soft J. I'm not sure but apparently you run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.
