The Ghost's articulated, hyper-flex contact rubber outsole provides a resilient experience with every step, while its sprung toe and contoured arch give a secure mid-foot wrap and spectacular toe off. Great shoe. Fit & felt good right out of the box. I bought this style based on several purchaser's reviews that felt it was narrow which is what I need (a narrow B). Do not think it has quite as much support as my previous Brooks, but it is a more current style. Love it.
