This running shoe is designed with the neutral runner in mind. It has a moisture managing Element mesh upper with synthetic over lays, a Profile sockliner, a moisture managing Element lining, a full length biodegradable BioMoGo midsole with rearfoot HydroFlow® ST and forefoot HydroFlow® cushioning technology, DRB® Accel for torsional rigidity, and a HPR Plus outsole with a blown rubber forefoot with cush pod construction.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

This shoe fits like a dream and is perfect for working out at the gym, walking, and running. It's very light but also gives great support. I bought this one because the newer versions of the Ghost were too expensive, and I was not disappointed. Love this shoe!

Shoe Size: Felt true to size
I bought this shoe as an indoor gym shoe - I have the Brooks adrenaline as my outdoor running shoe. I was able to get them in the narrow size - they really fit great. Having a pair of Brooks for the last five years I've been incredibly impressed with their construction and durability. Am looking forward to a ton of fitness in these!

I wore Brooks Radius for several years and needed to replace some really old shoes when I picked up running again. I googled "replacement for Brooks Radius" and found the Ghost and Defyance. I ordered both and found Ghost to be a MUCH better fit with the arch support I need (I have high arches). Maybe it was the fact that I was finally replacing 2-year old shoes that had survived a pregnancy, but I LOVE my new Ghosts.

I went to a specialty store to have my feet measured as all of my older walking shoes were uncomfortable. This is a running shoe, but it was recommended for walking as it is very lightweight.
Wears this shoe: I wear it for walking about 3 miles per day.
