I have been wearing the Brooks Energy Short for a couple of years. It is very comfortable and longer than most shorts. Great for both running and gym.

Great shape, coverage, and style

I read another review of these shorts and was really impressed with it.It is true - these shorts offer the proper amount of coverage for working out. You will not feel as though any parts of your body are exposed during certain exercises. Yet, they remain attractive and comfortable. The fabric seems to wick away any perspiration, too. I need to order another pair. Really impressed.

These shorts are so comfortable! I am not much of a shorts wearer as I dislike my thighs. But when it's really hot out and you need a workout, these fit the bill. They are extremely soft, stretchy, but not at all binding. The waist hugs but doesn't cinch. These shorts have a little more length for coverage and a flattering flair at the bottom. However, they fit just enough that you don't feel exposed like sometimes happens with loose, baggy shorts. I would feel comfortable doing yoga and ab work in these. They're not cheap, but a very nice short!
