This running shoe has a moisture managing Element mesh upper with synthetic overlays, a moisture managing Element lining, a full length BioMoGo midsole with rearfoot HydroFlow® ST and forefoot HydroFlow® cushioning technology, and a full length S-257 cushsole, and an HPR Plus outsole with a dual stability arch pod, a blown rubber forefoot, and forefoot cush pod construction.

i really liked the brooks dyad 6..more comfortable than i imagined they would be..very soft inside..true to size. highly recommend them..

This shoe is light and very comfortable. I needed a wide width and this model of Brooks is very flexible and has great support at the same time. I am so happy to find such a quality shoe. I use them only at the gym so they don't wear out as quickly. I will probably order a second pair for the future. I hope they keep this model for a very long time. I love my Brooks Dyad. I had a real hard time finding sneakers that would work with my new orthotics. I talked to the Brooks expert on line and he recommended the Dyad. After trying out 7 different pairs with no success, his advice was right on target. Thanks
