These are for people without arches or like me who pay for special inserts - I use them for long walks & I love them! I buy a new pair for a 60-mile fundraising walk each fall.

I am a runner and last year competed in my first marathon. I had my feet professionally fitted at an awesome little runners store in town, and these are what I was given. I have never worn a more perfect or comfortable running shoe. I've put more than my share of my miles on them and they STILL are supportive. Just about to purchase a new pair. Now that I've found these, I won't be switching! Highly recommend!!!

These are my favorite shoes. I started with Dyad 3s (2 pairs), had a pair of the Dyad 4s, and just started wearing my 2nd pair of Dyad 5s. They are very comfortable for all day wear. I love these shoes!
