I have been running trails for quite some years now and these shoes are by far the best I've ever run in they are super comfortable and provide very good traction. I have normal arches and the cushioning is rather good. Well worth the price.

My name is Dave and I'm in the ARMY, three days out of every week I'm running anywhere from three to 10 miles. This is the only shoe that does not kill my legs or shins. Also the shoes make me pronate normally so that my upper and lower ankel do not hurt when I run so I like to run further and faster. This is my opinion and everyone is different but I will buy this shoe as long as BROOKS makes it.
