Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

I purchased these shoes as a gift, and the recipient thinks they're great! He owns several pairs of Brooks running shoes, and prefers the brand. Initially, he commented that these shoes provided more support in the front of the foot (ball and toes) as opposed to the arch and heel, where he is used to from his other Brooks shoes, however his foot has become accustomed to the shoe after use. He uses the shoes for work (he is on his feet several hours a day) and needs the support due to knee and ankle problems. He indicates no major knee or ankle issues since wearing the shoes.

Love the shoe. Very comfortable, keeps my feet cool, perfect support. It made running the 8 mile Great Aloha Run a breeze. This takes into account I had zero training and I am not a person that likes to run.

My wife has been recommending Brooks Adrenaline for years now--she's on her sixth or seventh pair. I've been running in them for a few weeks (swapping out with a pair of Saucony Guides), and I like them so far. There was no break-in time, and the shoes fit just fine.I noticed the high arch support right away and this made the shoes feel narrower at first. It hasn't been a problem on my runs, however.
