Very confortable shoes from the begining. This is my 5th pair and I love it. Only weakest point is sole is too soft and wears fast but still very comfortable shoes.

I purchased this shoe rather quickly because I developed a case of Plantar Fasciitis. Previously, I wore loafers that offered no arch support. I needed shoes that would provide me (6'4" and 240 pounds) with the support I needed to not exacerbate my problem. I went online to search for orthopedic shoes and I found the Bostonia Tuscana shoe. My foot problem immediately started to improve. Not only are they providing the functionality I desparately needed, but they are also very attractive and comfortable. I would certainly plan on buying this same shoe when the time comes to replace them.

This shoe is comfortable right off the bat with no need to go through a break-in period. Many of the Bostonian shoes have padding around the ankle which prevents rubbing in the back.
