Born is known for their extraordinary comfort and these shoes are very comfortable, according to my daughter. She tried on 8 pairs of "new school shoes" and these are the winner in comfort and style. As a mom, I had two complaints. First, the shoes are very difficult to buckle because the leather is very stiff, but they do work well once you get them buckled. Second, the leather scuffs easily and we neglected to purchase brown shoe polish, so they look months old after wearing them to school only once. I'm certain if we're able to purchase shoe polish we can fix them, but I was surprised that only one recess and one after school playground session turned the leather into a scuffed-up mess. Overall, I'm pleased my daughter tells me they make her feet happy, and I'd purchase them again but this time, with the matching shoe polish color.

This shoe was better than the picture looked and I was really pleased. My daughter has some physical problems with her legs so I will pay more money for good shoes for her. It is hard sometimes ordering over the computer and not actually seeing the shoe but this one was definately a winner for us.

I love this shoe. I'm a grown woman in kid shoes. I have a small narrow foot and have a hard time finding shoes. THESE ARE PERFECT. I bought 3 pairs.
