The Born brand is quickly becoming my favorite. Although these shoes are look brand new out the box, the leather has a worn feel that makes them extremely comfortable especially if you go bare foot. The heel of the shoe is contoured appropriately to cup your heel and provide support. I picked up a 14 but usually need a 13 1/2 which doesn't exist; yet these shoes have the perfect width and cup my foot without any excess room or unwanted sliding. The outer heel of the shoe comes with a ridged rubber hel protector to protect the bak of the shoe from scuffs especially if you find yourself boating and having to dig in to pull in the mast.
Wears this shoe: With linen pants or cargo shorts and a polo for casual but fashionable affairs
