I find that the quality of sandal that Born makes is excellent. The fit is comfortable and the quality of make lasts quite a bit of time. I would recommend this sandal to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish pair. This pair is great with shorts and jeans. I receive a lot of compliments.

The Born Hamlin sandal is well-built, and very comfortable with classic good looks. If I ever wear this pair out, I will but again.

I like the styling and materials of this sandal. It's leather lined except for the moisture absorbing foot-bed. It seems that most of the sandals and shoes today have fabric lining which does not hold up over time and doesn't breathe as well as genuine leather.The sole is a little rigid but otherwise it is fairly comfortable. My minor complaint is the workmanship in the stitching and matching of the leathers which is why I gave it only 3 stars.Finally, the color of the Brown/Sable version does not look like the picture. It is more yellow in color than tan.
