I really like these shoes, which look like they could be boots, with the pant leg over the top. Some other reviews said they ran narrow, so I ordered the Wide size and they fit perfectly, as I usually don't wear a wide shoe. They almost have a suede or raw leather finish to them, which I really like. Not great arch support, so I wear inserts with them and it's fine. I would buy another pair.

These shoes look great. Wish they were available in more colors. No ugly stitching in front of shoe.

The shoe is slightly lighter in color than I expected but I'm quite pleased with it.

I have a similar style pair of Born slip-ons (perhaps 2 years earlier than this one), from which I ordered a 9.5 I was eager to receive the Bowie based upon the picture and fantastic experience I've had with my other Borns. Some problems are, the shoe feels a half size larger (so it slips in the heel) and it is lighter in hue than the picture would lead one to believe (it's actually more of a suede look in reality). Overall, the shoe is still great quality, but I wouldn't recommend it for professional work environment, as the suede makes it more of a causal look.
Wears this shoe: 2 to 3 days a week to work -- on my feet 8-9 hrs per day.
