I love the style, comfort and quality of this boot. I find that this brand is one of the very few which actually provides arch support in the right place. The shank is just the right size for an average calf with jeans tucked in. I had to go up one half size because they were just a little snug across the instep. Born seems to be consistent in their sizing so now I know what size to get when purchasing this brand in the future, which I certainly intend to do as they have many great styles.

I like them, but they are a little loose in the ankle. I can now wear a long or knee length skirt in the winter. These boots are very warm and I really like the zipper in the back which eliminates the goring on the inside of the leg to accommodate a larger calf.

I purchased the black boots and absolutely love them. They are either dressy and casual depending on what you wear with them. I am tall 5 8 1/2 with wide muscular calves. These boots fit me perfectly with room for skinny jeans and plenty of room in the toe bed. They are so cushioney comfortable. The most comfy boots I have ever owned and I am 60ish so been through lots of boots. Don't hesitate to buy these boots, you will love them.

I love born boots. They are fully cushioned. The leather is soft and doesn't rub on my feet. They are always about a half size large and a little wide. So I have room for a slim orthotic without having to take the underlying cushioning out.
