I searched quite a bit to find a good pull-on, no- lace, waterproof shoe design. The Tillamook Bay fills the bill. Construction, workmanship and quality of this shoe are very good. Shoe stays on with snug fit, but size should be selected to smaller rather than larger since only whole sizes are available. For example, I wear a 10 1/2 street shoe. Without socks, the 10 Bogs fit me much better than the 11's. Even with heavier socks, the fit remains good. I have used the Bogs quite a bit and find them perfect for what I intended.
