I was very disappointed by how uncomfortable these shoes were, especially after the great online reviews. The inside of the shoe has not much padding to it, and the toe area feels very rubbery and my toenails would catch on it. They might not be bad to wear with socks, but the whole point of water shoes is to wear them barefoot. Also, they have no arch support whatsoever!

I ordered these shoes for my trip to Waikiki Beach because the last time I was there, my bare feet couldn't stand the sharp rocks under the water. These shoes were very comfortable and provided great protection against the rocks. They are easy to walk in-both on land and in the water. Very light weight. I liked the laces a lot because they allow you to adjust the tightness of the shoe. Not only did they work great, they also look great!
Wears this shoe: So far, just in the ocean off Waikiki Beach to avoid the rocks.

Great looking shoe. It's not the best fit for people who wear half sizes like myself. Feels comfortable. I feel like I can wear it around town and not just for swimming.

I like the fact that you can just fold these up and stuff them into a backpack. They have a very thin sole, but with traction. My feet do not hurt after a long day at work where I am on my feet for 8 hours or more. They will be perfect for walking on rocks in the ocean, etc. they have drain holes everywhere. They may be ok for short walks of a few miles, but does not a hiking shoe.
