These shoes are great. I bought them primarily to use wading in my man made pond/water garden. There is a layer of dead leaves, frogs and muck in the bottom that makes flip flops unpractical and my sandals are leather so not too good either. I will be using these when launching and loading my boat as well. I like the fit, the lacing, the "shoe like" sole and the way the water drains out.

I bought this shoe primarily for kayaking and wade fishing in the warmer weather. I liked the shoe because it had a heavier sole than your average run of the mill aqua shoe. The heavier sole helps in rough or uneven terrain. The shoe drains the water effectively and dries quickly when out of the water. Was very comfortable to wear all day wet or dry.

I like that the shoe looks like a real shoe and is very comfortable. The shoe is easy to slip on but a little more difficult to slip off, when wet because the sole keeps slipping out.
