Since I usually wear a 5.5 size, I was a bit concerned that the water shoes might be big, but they fit perfectly. The shoe is very comfortable in the water, and the adjustable elastic ties work great.My only concern was that there was not quite as much traction on the bottom, and when I was in the pool doing water exercises, I would slide a bit when on this one slick surface (a round lid on the floor of the pool). I noticed some others in the class had better traction in their shoes.Otherwise, I am very happy with these shoes.

Because of the elastic lacings, this shoe fits my narrow foot. I had given up hope of finding a swim shoe and am delighted with it. It's extremely soft inside and water flows easily through it when swimming. It's very light, too, and doesn't inhibit movement.
Wears this shoe: I wear it for water aerobics and swimming.
