The 11 1/2 ran a little small. I ordered the same in a wide and it was too loose in back of heel. I kept it but just laced it tight as I could. I buy NB all the time in 11 1/2 with no problems.

I have tarsal tunnel, plantar fascitis, and I severely overpronate. My feet condition has become worse as I have gotten older. These shoes are amazing! I can wear them for 12+ hours and not feel like I am wearing a shoe. I can't even describe how blessed I feel to have these shoes. They have changed my life. I am going to buy another pair just so I have a back up. If you have problem, feet, give these a try. In addition to the comfort, I tend to ruin shoes with the overpronation. With this shoe, the arch is built up and it gives the support, so you see no over pronation. Kuddos to the maker..........I would give them 10 stars!

I bought this shoe for my grandad who is 78. I wanted something nice for him since he has diabetes and poor circulation. I was not disappointed these are now the only shoes he wears. I have bought him 3 pairs now so he always has a nice new pair because he even wears them with his suit!
