I liked the shoe because it was a true 12 and came in a narrow with. The Birkenstock I ordered earlier was something like 11.5-12 and too short. I have a very narrow foot and the next size up in the Birkenstock would have been too wide. The Birki fit.

When shoes were received both had many scratch marks on the leather so I sent them back. Received 2nd pair with SAME RESULTS. Didn't want to go thru the trouble of sending back the SECOND pair. Good shoe and great fit.
