It is a must to know your European size. I only know mine cause I got my first pair of Birkenstock at a local store where they fitted me, otherwise I would have ordered the wrong size. These don't feel like the normal Birkenstocks, you don't have all the extra foot padding in the bottom of the shoe. But they work and are a lot cooler in summer and works great for wearing in water. I love these, cause I can get matching ones for my daughters if I want.
