I bought these shoes for my work. I work as a nurse and am on my feet all day and I found that these shoes are very lightweight, airy, and I have gotten scores of compliments from patients and co-workers on their looks. Warning: As the company states, these shoes do need to be "broken in." I found this to be very true. I suggest wearing them every other day until they feel good. Once broken in (it only took me a week of wearing them every other day) they are wonderful!

These are nice shoes. I got lots of positive feedback from co-workers and patients. These shoes should be "broken in" before wearing full time. I wore mine every other day for one week and then they felt fine.

This is a very different Birk style for me, but after I got over the shock of how big it looked on my foot I realized it felt great. It does, however, seem to run a little larger than my suede clogs in the same size but I kept them and will put a thicker tight or trouser sock with them. Also, I will have to take them to the shoe shop and get more holes punched in the straps as they also feel a little wider.
