Classic clog with synthetic birkibuc upper for easy care and wear. Great, value-priced alternative to leather/suede uppers. Features Birkenstock's classic suede-lined cork/latex footbed, an adjustable strap for fit and shock-absorbing eva outer sole. The upper is Birkibuc which is made of acrylic and polyamide felt fibers, this material offers a textured finish that looks and feels like velvety nubuck. Has the original Birkenstock footbed featuring pronounced arch support, a deep heel cup and a roomy toe box. Covered with a suede liner. The footbed molds and shapes to your foot. The sole is made from EVA, a flexible, durable, lightweight, shock resisting soling material.

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

I don't really have any dislikes. The shoe fits comfortably. I have a couple of pairs of the "Betula" shoe and my foot doctor told me he wanted me to wear shoes like the Birkenstock shoe as I recently had a hairline fracture. He did not want me in a shoe that bent easily. I order this shoe and it is very comfortable for short periods of standing for walking. My foot still hurts in the shoe if I walk for any distance. But, overall, I am very happy with the shoe and will probably be ordering more at some point in the future.

These are my second pair of Birkenstocks and I'm not disappointed. Great quality! I was scared about the width because the size says narrow and I have very wide feet but they were definitely wide enough. I walk a lot in these shoes and they are super comfortable. I wear them everywhere.

Most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned! Easy to take on and off, actually feels as if the shoe is correcting my posture. One thing to note: shoebuy has some funky conversions betwee euro sizes and US sizes. A 37 in this shoe is a size 7 US, and not a 6-6.5 US as shoebuy lists. Just follow standard conversion charts and you'll be fine. However, do order a size up if you plan to wear thick socks with this shoe, since that extra bit of room is really helpful.

I purchased the slip on shoes for discomfort from plantar fasciitis.I really like the look of the shoe. It took a couple of weeks before I felt the relief from my fasciitis but as long as I am wearing the shoes I have no discomfort at all in my feet. If I try to walk without them I feel pain for a couple of days. Because they are larger in width my feet tend to slide and I have fallen because they have slipped off my feet. By far though well worth the purchase. I wish I had known months ago about this brand and shoe.
Wears this shoe: All the time in the house and out when the weather allows.
