No other shoe has ever given me the perfect support giving me optimum stability and balance.The best shoe I have ever owned. The gel footbed adds comfort that no other shoe can offer.Please keep this shoe in production and stock for those of us who have complicated conditions.

Like the overall fit, adjust-ability. Takes a little time to get them to mold to my feet. The front lip is steep, not very graduated and the tip of my toes and nails get irritated when walking for a while. Keep your nails short! I had to add another hole to the heel strap to gain a bit more room with my foot positioned a far back as possible.

I absolutely love the soft footbed on these sandals. Wanted a back strap for security in walking on hills, totally does the job. Haven't worn them much yet, finding the top strap nearest my ankle rubs a bit, hoping it will soften up with wear. My last back strap Birks had leather straps which were very soft.

I suffer from a lot of foot pain (bunions, plantar fascitis, etc) and this sandal gets me through the evening. I come home from work, put on some thick socks and my Birkies, and I am able to cook dinner, do housework chores and so on till 8 pm or later. They relieve my pain and enable me to function. Can't ask for much more than that!

Foot relief

I bought these sandals to help provide relief to soreness in ball of feet that gel orthotics only provided limited help for.The soft footbed conformed to my feet and helped to provide relief. They are still molding to my feet but have already taken some of the pressure from the ball of the foot area.
Wears this shoe: casual day wear.
