I love the Birkenstock Milano, my diabetes doctor asked me to move into Birkenstock to ward off neuropathy; I did take the time to go to a store and get fitted. I then went to ShoeBuy.com and ordered the other color I need to complete my wardrobe. The shoes are great, they are exactly what I expected, knowing the right size probably insured a "no problem" purchase and a tremendous savings in costs.
Wears this shoe: I wear it to work, around the house, and when walking distances.

I have multiple pairs of this shoe and find it an excellent work shoe. It would be nice if the soles were a bit more durable.

As my beagle made toast of my favorite pair of Birkenstocks, I had been looking for a new pair. For some reason the black leather Milanos were all out of stock and on back order. Out of about 15 web sites and stores I visited, Shoebuy.com was the only one who had the sandals -- even better at a discounted price. The ordering and delivery processes were exemplary. Next time I have trouble finding shoes, I'm checking here.
