Product Description (Birkenstock London Leather)
Completely enclosed leather shoe with adjustable strap.
For the leather upper we use thick yet supple leathers without additional dyes to keep the leather breathable, durable and comfortable.
Features our original footbed, but with a toned down toe bar, covered in calf leather and removable so it can be replaced.
The sole is made from EVA, a flexible, durable, lightweight, shock resisting soling material.

I love Birkenstock, and used to have the Boston clogs for work. I got the same size with the London but didn't really take into account the heel on the back. They are slowly but surely breaking in but I initially found them very uncomfortable with the back of the shoe rubbing on my heel. I'd suggest maybe going up half a size if possible to counteract that. Apart from that though, they are amazing

Bought this shoe because I have an identical pair that is about worn out. It is a good fitting shoe, and comes in narrow widths.

I was having problems with my knee and thought it was caused from an old injury to my foot. I have been using the Birkenstock London shoes now for about 2 months and my knee has stopped hurting. I now have a pair in brown and in black.
Wears this shoe: I wear these shoes around the house and when wearing jeans.

Have hesitated to buy these, but am glad I did! Shoes first slipped a bit on the heel, but tightening the strap fixed the slip.

Birkenstocks are the only kind of shoe that I can wear comfortably for the long 12 hour shifts that I work. I am constantly on my feet and they never hurt. The shoes may seem a little expensive BUT they can be re-soled and re-corked reasonably so it makes them a great buy!
