I own 2 other Birkenstock sandals and happily welcome this addition to my collection. I love the thinner, feminine straps that I find more successful in pairing with dresses and skirts than other, bulkier straps. They offer comfort, quality, and style as always with Birkenstock. I highly recommend them.

I have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis and subsequent heel spurs for about a year and a half. I have a friend and also a sister who swear by the Birkenstock footbed and its arch support as the way to prevent those conditions. I do find that at the end of the day, if I've been wearing my Birkenstocks, my foot doesn't hurt as much as it does at the end of the day when I wear other types of shoes.
