Very comfortable if you can get it in your shoes. The footbed is for size 10.5. However, it doesn't fit in most shoes (size 10.5 and 11).

I am an advocate of Birkenstock shoes because they are comfortable and I like the look of the shoe. These inserts provide extra cushion and comfort to the foot. I bought these because I am on my feet all day and needed extra support to make it through the day. The product is very pricey but worth the investment if it aids to your comfort. I have 4 pairs of the shoes and I would recommend them to others.
