The shoe is generous in size but I have learned to order down one US size.The arch is just the ticket for dealing with my heel pain.

I have buying this model for a few years now. It gives me very good support (I have plantar fasciitis) and it is an extremely tough shoe.

Very comfortable, the regular width is generous enough for wider feet, the heel cup is especially soothing for plantar fasciitis -- shoe stands up outstandingly well to daily wear and cleans easily.
