I can wear heels again!

I have problem feet. After a day of wearing hot heeled boots or shoes my feet and knees are in pain for many days. Slipped the insoles in and they fit like a glove. They're great. Should have tried them sooner. I already have several pairs of them for flat shoes. Will probably buy more to keep in different shoes to avoid having to switch from shoe to shoe.

These offer more support than the non-heeled model

These offer more support than the non-heeled model, however, be aware that the sizing for these is much different than standard birkenstocks. I wear a size 46 in Birkenstock, and a 44 in these insoles. If you want them to last longer, put them under your regular insoles. This will prevent fraying of the blue silk liner. These insoles bring birkenstock comfort to your regular shoes.

In-between your custom orthotic for heel pain associated with plantar facitis? these work! a bit of different feeling with a half a sole but you get used to it.

I have become a recent investor in Birkenstocks. I love the sandals in the summer and like the comfort the insoles offer in my dress shoes.

Birkenstock Blue Footbed-Heeled
August 30, 2009
Reviewer: Anna from Mukilteo, Washington
I bought the footbed-heeled for my husband because he is experiencing pain in both his feet and legs. He only wore it once because it is not a full footbed and he felt uncomfortable. He wanted a pair that supported the entire foot, which means including his toes. He did say, though, that it did support his legs.
