I have plantar faciatis and my heel was killing me! The footbed has made a significant difference in my heel pain. I would recommend these to anyone that likes wearing Birkenstocks...even in their sneakers!

Heal spur survivor

I have had a heal spur in my right heal for as long as I can remember. I have had injections, surgery, physical therapy and still walk on my toes. My physical therapist suggested Birkenstock shoes which I could not see myself wearing so I purchased these insoles. Wow! Big difference! Needless to say, I now own a pair of Birke sandals and live in them both. I can't walk without either the insole or sandal. Highly recommend for anyone with foot problems. I can now exercise and feel great
