Beware of width

I love Birkenstocks and after having foot problems diagnosed last summer, I was wishing they made iserts. When I found out they did, I immediately ordered them. I have a wide toe box and a normal heel width, very high arches and a pronation problem. At first I thought the blue footbed medium width was too wide to wear with anything other than my athletic shoes.Turns out they weren't comfortable with those either as the side of the insert came up too high for my liking even though they helped with pronation. The narrow ones are pretty narrow but fit great for heels/dress shoes and flat shoes both. I bought the Birki Motion arch support cork inserts for my athletic shoes and love them.

These inserts allow me to wear Birkenstocks in every pair of shoes I own. My feet and legs feel great.

I have plantar fasciitis in both my feet and I use these footbeds to replace all of the stock shoe inserts in my walking shoes and boots. They make my shoes more comfortable and prevent pain in my feet.
