I had a great experience buying this sandal. I found it to be the best price online, but also great service with free shipping and free return shipping. I first had to send it back for free, because size 37 was too small and size 38 fits perfect. The return / exchange was very fast and I was informed about when they received my return and when the exchange was shipped.The Birkenstock sandal is very nice with a really nice, soft footbed, quality leather uppers and a very comfortable fit.At first, I wore the sandals only for a short time inside the house to break them in a little, but after only 3 times, they adjusted to my feet and they help make my back feel better.

The style, fit, and comfort of the sandal were great. However, the ankle strap on both sandals broke the first time I wore them for any length of time (about 4 hrs yesterday). I am very surprised and disappointed!

I'm sold on these sandals. The straps across the back make them easier for walking for me. I bought this pair and wore them for three long days working outside at a Scottish Festival including a 12 hour day of selling and tearing down the booth. My feet never hurt!
