I noticed immediately that the inside of the rivets at the ankles were razor sharp and rubbed terribly on my foot. I had to take pliers and carefully pinch down around the circular edge of each rivet so as to avoid cutting myself. I think they were not fastened on tightly enough to begin with.

The first time I wore this shoe, the rivet holding the ankle strap came undone. Very aggravating, after paying as much as I did for these sandals. I fixed it, but I don't think there's any good reason for this kind of thing to happen.

This sandal is incredibly comfortable and versatile. I can wear it with casual or semi-casual outfits. Having heal spurs, this is the first time I have been able to where sandals for any length of time or distance without heal pain since my diagnosis.
