I bought these sandals because I have heel pain and foot specialist recommend this brand for good arch support. I put them on the moment I got them. It feels very comfortable, great support. I will come back for another style very soon.

I heard about the soft footbed a few years ago and fell in love. I'd been wearing Milanos exclusively, but thought I'd try something a bit more feminine. The footbed is exactly the same on the Bali as on the Milano. So the only difference is the straps on the top. I wore the shoes all day yesterday. For some reason, the footbed doesn't seem quite as soft as my Milanos, but still very comfortable.I agree with the other comments that the shoes need a bit of time to break in. This leather is a tough leather (not like the Nubuck). But by the end of the day the shoes were definitely more comfortable than they were at the start of the day! No regrets in my purchase at all!

I have another pair of the Florida style softbed sandals, so I decided to try the Bali style. They felt the same as the Florida style, comfortable as soon as I put them on.The only thing I would change about them is to have slimmer ankle straps. I think that would make them a little more feminine and dressy. I have slim legs and feet. It is difficult for me to find shoes of any type that feel good and don't look huge and clunky. I don't like to emphasize my size 9s.
