The classic Birkenstock Arizona sandal is famous for its comfortable fit and easy style. Breezy slide sandal has double straps with individual, adjustable buckles for a custom fit. Offered in either comfortable leather, suede or nubuck. 1" shock-absorbing EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) sole. With Birkenstock's signature cork footbed with double Jute layer for better-than-barefoot comfort. Raised toe bar, footbed form, arch support and deep heel cup with footbed liner combine to align your foot naturally for even weight distribution and proper support.

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

I have always admired this style of the Birkenstock (my husband has a pair} but no one ever carried them in the narrow width, and I gave up even looking. They feel like a slipper. I haven't worn them outside yet. I'm looking forward to warmer weather and am sure I will feel the same about them then.

Disappointed with Birkenstock's reversion to its old style of sandals. I was expecting a movable Shoebed in the soles. Evidently Birkenstock apparently broke up into several companies due to a family dispute and this Shoebed line was dropped from its offering.

I tried these for plantar fascitis and heel pain. I wear them around the house and they really help diminish the pain. Next time I will try them in narrow with extra arch support.

Great sandals, sizes very accurate, leather highest quality. Most comfortable sandals on market, however - if those are ur first birkenstocks, please remember to give them a half an hour on your feet before they feel comfy. At first they might appear little stiff, but then quickly (1/2 h) adjust and are super comfortable.
