I love Birkenstock, and used to have the Boston clogs for work. I got the same size with the London but didn't really take into account the heel on the back. They are slowly but surely breaking in but I initially found them very uncomfortable with the back of the shoe rubbing on my heel. I'd suggest maybe going up half a size if possible to counteract that. Apart from that though, they are amazing

These are a pleasure to wear. I wear them around the house. I used to go barefoot, but my podiatrist said I need arch support, and these shoes do. They are easy to slip on and off, and feel great. The only thing I don't like is that the leather is a bit floppy, so it is a little sometimes a little difficult to get on without using your hands. As I wear them, they are taking the form of my foot, and should stiffen up a little. I have the same model, but with the nubuck leather which is thicker and stiffer.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable from the first time worn. The leather is good quality but is not stiff - they don't need "breaking-in." They feel like they run somewhat on the wider side as I have wide feet and I have no difficulty with the regular width. In fact, there is enough room to wear heavy socks. I love these shoes.
