These are very nice looking and good quality shoes. There is no padding but its a short heel. They seem a bit wide to me but I do have very narrow feel. They are classy looking - great for an office setting.

I got this shoe in red and ordered my normal size. The shoe is really comfortable and requires little to no break in period, but I did notice that the shoe ran a little wide on my foot. I got lots of compliments on it the first day I wore it to work. It is cute, fashionable, and I like that it has three adjustable working buckles. It's a great shoe for the price!
