I searched for a pair of shoes to wear to my daughter's wedding and this was the 18th pair I bought and eureka! It was exactly what I was looking for. I hesitated to buy this shoe because I was concerned about the pattern, but the pattern is very subtle and just looks shimmery with gold and bronze highlights. I wore it with a brown lace dress with bronze sequins and it worked perfectly- there was no conflict between the lace pattern and the shoe pattern. The platform and heel color is a dark brown. The shoe heel height is incredibly comfortable and the platform is perfect. I wore them all day, danced for hours in them without a problem, and loved them so much, I ordered another pair in black to wear for other occasions.
Wears this shoe: I wore this to my daughters wedding, but will wear again.

These shoes were really great, awesome neutral color, comfortable platform, very versatile, wide width. I would have loved to keep them but the heel was a little high for me. It is not really a very high heel....the problem is my feet. It is not easy to find a shoe with a generous platform for comfort and a decent heel height. I wish I could have kept them, but they would have been taxi shoes and I don't have a need for that.

I purchased this because I thought it would be perfect for an evening wedding. It was stylish and classic in design. Although I didn't wear them very long, they were somewhat comfortable. Definitely needed to be "broken in" as I got a blister on my toe.
