Straps too loose March 19, 2013

I bought 7.5N. The length felt true to size, but the gap between the top of my foot & the straps is way too much, providing no support at all, thus a terrible fit. I guess a wide foot would take up the slack? The shoe is so cute but a poor fit for those of us with skinny feet. Unfortunately I failed to return it within the allotted timeframe so I'm stuck with them but can't wear them.

I seldom wear any shoe with a high heel these days as age has left its mark on my foot anatomy ie; bunions and hammer toes from previous high heel wearing days. However, I needed a pair of higher sandle type shoes to wear to a semi formal event. These shoes have really met the challenge. They support my feet comfortably, they do not rub on tender skin and boney protrusions, nor do they pinch, slip or twist. Needless to say I'm very happy with this purchase. Oh! They actually look good to and have attracted compliments from friends and strangers.

I love the look of these shoes and really wished they had worked for me but the back strap was way too loose on me. There are 5-6 holes about 1 1/2" in length in the ankle strap; if you need to use the smallest one like I do you are left with an extra inch or so of strap that bulges out awkwardly from the side of your ankle. Tried adjusting the straps a bit to mask the bulge but couldn't. Really sad to send these back because they are cute and seemed very comfortable.

I have been looking for an affordable yellow sandal. I have this brand from a different online source and yellow was not offered. Had to have. Great casual to evening sandal.
