A modern classic design, the Checkmate is a slip-on mule with a moccasin flare. Features lovely stitched details, a color coordinated buckle/strap across the vamp for added style and a padded footbed.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

I bought the pinkish color and love it for summer. The small lip on back of heel holds my orthotics so I can wear these all day at work. I am on my feet 8 hours a day selling high end clothing so the style -love the buckle- and comfort are perfect for me. It is hard to find fashion shoes for my wide feet.

I should have read the warning on this shoe. Shoebuy says it's a half size too small and it really is. I always wear a 9 and am sending this back for a 9.5 M.However the shoe is absolutely adorable in the Pewter color and will look fantastic with my grey outfits. It's very classy looking and super comfortable. Just order up a half size!!

A nice paire of shoes that can be matched with jeans, pants, or a casual dress/skirt. I love them, they have width sole and so many different colors to choose from.
