I truly like these boots. I've been wearing this style for years now. I had nerve damage happen on one foot and have problems when the weather starts slightly turning cool in autumn. I went through many pairs of shoes trying to find something comfortable, warm and non-skid with thick soles. Someone told me about Bearpaw and my husband would not rest until he found me some. After buying one pair I felt such relief from the cold and much pain that my husband bought me two pair the following year. I truly have warm dry feet all winter. I wear them all winter; you won't see me out without them, whether going to dinner or church. I thank the Lord I can walk with comfort and for Bearpaw for whom helps make this possible.In very cold weather I need to wear very thick socks therefore I buy one size larger than usual. A person does what's needed to be out of pain.It would be so wonderful if the tall & button styles had thick, non-skid soles and came in large calve options.Thank you Bearpaw for making my life more bearable.

I haven't gotten much wear out of it as it's been rather spring-like since I ordered them! But it's comfy and seems like it has a nice sole for being out in the winter weather. It is a higher boot than I expected, but I was still able to get my pants in by tucking them in my socks. Nice, warm, decent looking winter boot!
