This is 100% cotton as advertised (vs. the more common poly-cotton hats out there) but it does fit small. The ripstop material is woven and looks and feels like nylon. Use their sizing guide, find your size, then order one size up. You'll thank me later.

I bought this hat with the intent to keep the sun off my noggin. The hat does exactly that. It's made very well, here in the USA which is very important to me. The thing I like best is the mesh top. It allows the breeze to cut through and keep my head cool. Hence the name Breezer. The hat runs a little big. So if you measure your noggin and it's between a 7 1/8 and 7 1/4 like mine, which is between a med. and a large, I ordered the med. and it fits perfect.

The hat fits true to size, is comfortable, and looks very good. It is the quality I expected from Henschel and my only comment is that the hat is described as being "Nubuck" but it is unlike any nubuck item I've ever owned. The leather feels more like a man-made product. Like an embossed vinyl or rubber. Very weird! But, I am partial to breezer hats, and this one will still be a keeper.
