I was looking for a white platform shoe for summer and I was glad to find Dorothy in white AND my size here! This shoe definitely hits the bill because I did not like any other heel-platform sandals on other sites. They are true to size and width, I just received them by UPS (in timely manner), pretty (I like the combination of white and silver leather), very comfortable too despite the 4 3/4 inch heel. I don't think they will require any break-in time as I am wearing them right now and I don't feel any rubbing anywhere or whatsoever.
Wears this shoe: every day, going out
